Do I need to replace my cameras?
No. AIsle works with any RTSP/ONVIF camera made in the last decade. We connect into your existing NVR.
Does it use facial recognition?
No. AIsle is behavior-only. There's no face database. Facial recognition has been ruled against in Canada and isn't a missing feature — it's the design.
Does my video leave the store?
Cloud tier: encrypted in transit, retained 24h. Pro/Enterprise Edge tier: raw video never leaves. Alert clips (4 seconds, low-resolution) are uploaded for review.
What's the install cost?
Starter: $0. Pro Edge: a small AIsle appliance (~C$1,800 one-time, or BYO Linux box). Enterprise: included.
What if it's wrong?
False positives are tuned per store during a 2-week calibration. The product errs toward customer service — "Can I help you find anything?" is the right move on 80% of true and false positives alike.
Can I cancel?
Starter and Pro are month-to-month. Enterprise is annual but pro-rated to the day on cancellation.
